I've been thinking - I need more REM sleep. When hubby is home (like he was tonight, cause he had a doc apt this morning) he wakes me up (deliberately, with malicious forethought) wakes me up at least 3 or 4 times a night. Let's take a look at my sleeping pattern:
12:00 - midnight, crawl into bed
1:00 - brain finally shuts down, and I fall asleep
2:00 - wake up to push hubby back to his side of the bed
3:00 - wake up to being pulled up against hubby for cuddle
4:00 - wake up naturally for bathroom break
5:00 - wake up for morning prayers
6:00 - Hubby gets back into bed and presses icy feet against me to warm them
7:00 - sleep
8:00 - hubby gets up and wakes me up to tell me what he's doing for the day
9:00 - gives up and crawls out of bed
Hum,maybe I should have done it in 30 minute increments, cause he wakes me up at least 3 times a night. I've mentioned it to him, the dangers of lack of REM, and threatened him with disembowelment, but he didn't take me seriously. Mainly because he's got no bowels to be dissed.
Yeah, 4:30 wake up for cuddle.... and 6:30 wake up for breathing treatment...
I'm tired just thinking about it.
