today i had to do some running around - donated some clothes to charity (a good deed) - stopped at the grocery store - stopped at the street market -... and when i got home, i was LESS red in the face than normal. usually by the time i get back, i look like a heat stroke victem ready to fall down.
you'd think with the tai-chi (which i'm done with class, only do at home now), and the amount of physical stuff and walking i do, my circulation would be better. my left leg is significantly thinner than my right. i'm contributing it to the loss of weight - i always lose weight in my legs first. but, um... well. something to think about.
its hotter than hades. where's the ice cream man?!
